More and More = A growing number of

people = individuals, civilians, masses....

use = utilize

nowadays = in the present time,

Now this is your paraphrasing:- 

In the present time, internet is used by a growing number of individuals.

In this way, you show your range of vocabulary and correct use of different sentence structure.
